Chile Opens Economic Bids for 17 Transmission Projects Worth About US$500 Million

On 4 November, Chile’s National Electric Coordinator reported that 17 new electricity transmission works had reached the stage of being eligible for award, with reference investment of approximately US$500 million. The projects form part of a wider effort to strengthen the national electricity network.
